General FAQs

  • Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 10am for all cabins.

  • If we can accommodate a late check out we will try our best to make this available for you.  Please request this when making your booking and we will confirm if arrangements can be made.

    • Fern Cabin sleeps 4 people. There is a double bed and a double sofa bed. A travel cot can be provided if you need.

    • Connie Cabin can sleep up to 6. There is a double bed, bunk beds and a double sofa bed. A Travel cot can be provided on request.

    • Blossom Cabin is our adults only cabin and has a king size bed. You can bring babes in arms and we can provide a travel cot if required.

  • Yes, All our luxury cabins are our dog, cat, hamster, gold fish, alpaca friendly cabin, we know how important pets are and you are welcome to bring the well behaved ones with you.

    We do ask you follow our rules on pets, you pick up after them and keep them in the areas they are allowed. We don’t charge for pets but we do ask for a donation towards cleaning costs especially if your dog sheds alot.

  • Each cabin pod features a fully stocked kitchen including:

    • Fridge with built in freezer

    • Oven – Connie and Blossom

    • Convention microwave oven – Fern

    • Air fryer - Fern

    • Microwave

    • Toaster

    • kettle

    • Hob

    • Full set of pans

    • Mixing bowls, sieve, colander

    • tin opener, chopping board and cheese grater

    • Tea towels

    • Washing up liquid

    • Cloths and sponges

    • Hand lotion

    • Mugs, glasses, tableware, cutlery, place-mats

    • Bottle opener

    • Anything you can not find within your cabin might be available from our on site horse box shop

  • Yes! We provide bedding for every booked guest and one towel per person. Extra towels and robes are available to hire for a small additional charge.

  • Yes, each cabin has allocated parking bays close by. Please park all vehicles near your cabin to keep the site safe and accessible.

  • Our site offers Wi-Fi to help you stay connected, but please note that it may be limited due to the rural location. It’s a great opportunity to unwind and enjoy nature!

  • Absolutely! We offer a range of packages like breakfast boxes, romantic touches, celebration decorations, and cinema nights. Just email Caroline at horseparkhideaway@outlook.com to add extras.

  • Yes! Horse Park Hideaway is a family-friendly site with play areas and a trampoline. Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the hot tub, fire pit, and play equipment.

  • Smoking is not allowed inside any of the cabins. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly in bins and avoid littering.

  • You can enter "Horse Park Hideaway" in Google Maps. For Sat Nav, use postcode PR3 6AS, but please follow the signs along Horse Park Lane to our exact location.

  • A deposit is required at booking and is non-refundable. Full payment is due 14 days before arrival and is non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of your stay. Please see our full terms and conditions for details.

  • We strive to make Horse Park Hideaway as accessible as possible. Please contact us in advance to discuss your specific needs so we can do our best to accommodate you.

  • During peak seasons and weekends, we usually require a minimum stay of two nights. For off-peak times, one night stays may be available. Please check availability when booking.

  • We provide bedding and towels, but you might want to bring your own slippers, outdoor clothing, swimwear for the hot tub, and any personal toiletries. Don’t forget your sense of adventure!
