Thank you for booking your stay at Horse Park Hideaway – we’re so excited to welcome you!

To help you prepare for your visit, we’ve put together everything you need to know before you arrive.

Below, you can download the information booklet for your cabin. It’s full of useful details about your stay, so please take a few minutes to read through it carefully. There’s also a short form at the bottom of this page we kindly ask you to complete before your arrival.

Before your stay, please also make sure you’ve read through our Terms & Conditions.

If you’d like to add a little something extra to your getaway, we offer a selection of packages. Just email Caroline at horseparkhideaway@outlook.com and she’ll be happy to help.

We provide bedding for each booked guest and one towel per person. Extra towels and robes are available to hire for a small additional charge – just let us know in advance.

If you have any questions at all, big or small, don’t hesitate to get in touch – we’re here to help.

A few handy reminders:

• Check-in: From 3pm (contactless – you’ll receive arrival details on the day)

• Check-out: By 10am

• Finding us:

  • You can type Horse Park Hideaway into Google Maps

  • Sat Nav users: use PR3 6AS, but please note this may not bring you right to our entrance. Continue down Horse Park Lane until you see our Horse Park Hideaway sign.

  • Please don’t drive into any private driveways.

  • Please park all cars beside your own cabin.
